LVN Programs in Ontario

Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), referred to as Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) in Ontario, are nursing professionals who provide health care services in a variety of settings, such as hospitals, clinics, and elderly care homes. RPNs perform a range of duties, including measuring and monitoring a patient's vital signs, treating bedsores and wounds, and administering prescribed medicines. In Ontario, a two-year diploma program followed by an official certification examination is required to become an RPN.
