Nurse Practitioner Programs in Kentucky

Nurse practitioner programs throughout the state of Kentucky prepare nurses for advanced nursing careers. These specialty nurses work in much the same capacity as a doctor. They care for their own group of patients in settings such as hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and rehabilitation centers. Kentucky colleges train these professionals to be advocates for their patients and to promote good health while using techniques in preventive medicine.
