The Arizona Board of Regents High Honors Tuition Scholarship is offered to a deserving Arizona student by the Arizona Department of Education. To qualify, students must have a GPA of at least 3.5 and must meet other testing requirements. Students must also exhibit a high level of academic skill, be involved in their community and engage in civic activities. Students must also submit two letters of recommendation to qualify. The award amount is full in-state tuition and fees at one of Arizona's public universities.

The New American University Scholars Program is offered to incoming undergraduate students by Arizona State University. To qualify, students must be Arizona residents and U.S. citizens and demonstrate academic accomplishment.
