Adult Basic and Literacy Education (ABLE) is an adult education service provided by the Hamilton City Schools for adult and continuing education. Students interested in taking the GED can attend free daytime or evening preparation classes in Hamilton, Ohio. All participants in ABLE GED preparation take a diagnostic practice test, and then speak with instructors about which subject areas of the GED they need to prioritize in their studies. Distance learning resources are also available to motivated students who prefer to study at home or at the library rather than attend a class.
