Course topics include federal and Arizona-specific laws, leasing, prime and non-prime lenders, loan structuring, negotiating and Internet sales.     • The College of Automotive Management offers a comprehensive five-week finance and insurance department management course. Tuition for the full program is $13,950 and the one-week program is $2,850, as of May 2010.     • The finance and insurance course at Puget Sound Automobile Dealers Association is a 40-hour one-week course. Offered three times per year, classes meet eight hours per day, Monday through Friday, in Seattle, Washington.
