Excelsior College offers bachelor's degrees in areas of mechanical engineering such as electronic engineering and nuclear engineering technology. Rennselaer is less than 10 miles from Albany in Troy. The Institute offers degrees in mechanical and nuclear engineering with exploratory curriculum centered around innovation and energy.
