Grants for Architecture Students

Architecture is an intellectually rigorous and financially demanding discipline. Considering the high cost of architecture school, many scholarships and grants are available to defray those costs and allow more students to study the art and science of architecture.
  1. Simpson Strong-Tie Architectural Student Scholarship Program

    • Targeting juniors and seniors with over 60 credit hours in their architecture major, the Simpson Strong-Tie Architectural Scholarship offers up to fifty awards of $1000 each. Although the award is not renewable, students may reapply for it as long as they meet the criteria. The application requires an official transcript from the school, and the awards are determined by the student's grades, performance outside school in clubs and activities, a separate appraisal, and financial need.
