The LPN program, which is approved by the Florida State Board of Nursing and Florida Department of Education, consists of 1,350 hours, and the center offers both day and evening classes. Pasco-Hernando Community College (PHCC) is located approximately 33 miles northwest of Brandon. PHCC is a public community college that offers more than 30 different programs throughout four locations. The LPN program, which is approved by the Florida State Board of Nusing, is offered during the day and in the evening and is a 45 technical-credit-hour program that is completed in approximately one year. The program is offered during at the Brooksville, New Port Richey, and West campuses at different times of the year.
