LPN Programs in West Virginia

A licensed practical nurse, or LPN, works under the direct supervision of registered nurses and physicians to provide care for injured, disabled, sick or convalescing patients. The most common duties for an LPN include monitoring vital signs, preparing/administering injections, as well as assisting patients in personal hygiene. LPN training programs in West Virginia prepare students for the licensing examination by providing classroom lectures and hands-on practical teaching. Take note, only attend an LPN training program accredited by the West Virginia State Board of Examiners for Licensed Practical Nurses.
