Clemson Engineering Scholarships

The College of Engineering and Science at Clemson University offers degrees in several different fields of engineering, including bioengineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering. Clemson also offers a number of scholarships in varying amounts to students pursuing engineering degrees.
  1. Department of Civil Engineering

    • The Department of Civil Engineering at Clemson University offers a variety of scholarships to enrolled students. The E. L. Clark Civil Engineering Memorial Award, for example, is given to one senior undergraduate every year. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic achievement, and is in the amount of $100 or more. The P.H. & W. L. Lowry Memorial Scholarship, available to civil engineering students at Clemson, is awarded in the amount of $50,000.     • The School of Materials Science and Engineering at Clemson University offers several scholarships to enrolled students every year. Scholarships available to materials science and engineering majors include the Brockington G. Woodham Memorial Scholarship, the GC Robinson Ceramic Engineering Award and the Jewell Memorial Textile Scholarship. Eligibility rules and amounts vary by scholarship.     Biosystems Engineering Department

    • The Biosystems Engineering Department at Clemson University makes money available to its students in the form of academic awards. One such award is the Clark Lindsay McCaslan Award, which recognizes a biosystems engineering major for academic achievement, character and leadership qualities, and provides money that may be used to pay for tuition. Another award available to biosystems engineering majors at Clemson is the Heyward H. McKinney Award, which also provides a stipend, as well as a framed certificate for the winner.
