The Richard D. Hailey Law Student Scholarship is awarded to Hispanic, Biracial, Asian-American, Native American and African-American law students. Applicants must be American Association for Justice members and have an interest in public advocacy, submit a resume, write a 500-word essay and up to three recommendations from teachers, advisers, trial lawyers or AAJ members to receive the $1,000 award.
