Grants to Nontraditional Students in Florida

A nontraditional student is one who is returning to higher education after several years out of school. Florida colleges, universities and counties offer dozens of scholarships and grants to these students, sometimes called adult learners or mature students. Some are restricted to women, others to residents of certain counties or to those enrolled in certain career areas.
