Oak Brook College of Law and Policy is a Christian institution offering two, 1-year legal assisting programs, plus a 4-year Juris Doctor (JD) entirely by correspondence study. The paralegal program awards a certificate and graduates are qualified to sit for the Certified Legal Assistant Examination. Students in the legal studies program complete the same course of study as paralegal students, but have the option of taking a course at a time. JD students are eligible to sit for the state bar examination in California.

Students may choose to earn college credit via correspondence, examinations, portfolio assessment, or online courses. Certificates are awarded in such subjects as homeland security, end of life care, criminal profiling and investigative analysis.
