Florida Vocational Schools

Vocational schools--also known as technical or trade schools--are educational institutions that focus on teaching adults skills for a technical or practical trade. In this aspect, they differ from the conventional colleges and universities, which are academic in focus. The state of Florida has its share of vocational schools, which provide one- to two-year training programs for people to enter a vast array of fields.
