    • South College in Knoxville, Tennessee, offers students a variety of certificate programs, as well as the opportunity to earn a baccalaureate or associate degree if desired. A minimum of four to five quarters is required to complete the certificate programs; a minimum of eight quarters is required for an associate degree and 14 for a bachelor degree.
