RN to Anesthetist Programs

Anesthetist programs are offered all across the country for registered nurses interested in pursuing an advance practice degree in the field. Students in these programs are prepared to perform anesthesia duties for patients in places such as hospitals, pain clinics, doctor’s offices, outpatient surgical settings and operating rooms. Admission is very selective and only the top students applying are granted access into these programs. Successful graduates are eligible to take the national certification exam for credentialing.
