    • The Holy Name Medical Center has a School of Nursing that offers a program for both licensed practical nurse and registered nurse candidates.. The medical center opened in 1925 with a class of 13 women. The registered nurse program is accredited and can be completed in either two or three years. The licensed practical nurse program is one year long. Both programs include a combination of classroom and hands-on learning with patients. Financial aid is also available to those who qualify.

To allow for schedule flexibility, there are two options for completing this program. You can attend during the day to complete the program in 15 months or in the evenings to complete it in two years.
