RN to BSN programs are accelerated degree programs specifically designed for licensed registered nurses. Many RNs acquired their training through a private or community college, thus earning an associate degree in nursing. The BSN program offers a bachelor degree in nursing and gives graduates more job opportunities and earnings potential. WCU's accredited nursing program is primarily offered online, and students are only required to meet in class at the beginning and end of each term.
