Aarhus University was ranked the 64th best medical school in the world and the best medical school in Demark, according to a 2010 report by US News. Students study under the Graduate School of Health Sciences, and are instructed by a multi-disciplinary approach to learning. The program has contracts with more than 100 universities and clinics, and students may study a variety of components of health, including public health, nursing, epidemiology and biology. Students also have access to the university's libraries and research facilities.

Syddansk University, is otherwise known as the University of Southern Denmark. Its medical program emphasizes illness prevention, as well as proper diagnosis and the enhancement and rehabilitation of patients. Students work hands-on with patients and have access to the university's state-of-the-art research centers and libraries.
