Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences is located in Albany, New York. It is an independent, nonprofit development and research facility dedicated to research in the pharmaceutical sevices and the education of pharmaceutical students. Pharmaceutical Research Institute at the college conducts preclinical tests and trials to develop drugs that can transition to the pharmaceutical industries. It is known for its work in oncological, vascular, and neurological disorders. Through analytical chemistry and experimentation on drug delivery systems, the institute develops drugs that will be pre-tested for the FDA. The college is keen on hands-on experience for its students in all levels of drug development.
The University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy offers staff and graduate students an opportunity to conduct grass-roots research in pharmaceuticals that include the identification of mechanisms of diseases, the design of new drugs, and drug policy. Internationally renowned, the college is divided into four research groups; drug development, drug discovery, therapeutics, and pharmaceutical policy. The college has nearly doubled its research funding in the last five years and some of the studies cross the four groups sharing the funding.

The Nova Southeastern College of Pharmacy is located in West Palm Beach, Florida and the Pontifical Catholic University in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Since its establishment in 1987, the College of Pharmacy has led the country in the number of Hispanic doctoral pharmacy students. This campus also offers interactive video as its educational delivery methods so that students all across the state of Florida can attend. The college's main research goal is the collaboration of research projects and the creation of seminars that advance patient-oriented pharmacy practices.
