Nursing Undergraduate Scholarships

Nursing can be an extremely demanding profession. Many students who pursue nursing degrees do so out of their desire to serve the greater good. Shortages in the nursing profession have led many private and public institutions to create scholarship programs to attract more students to nursing careers. These programs are designed to reward students who demonstrate academic excellence and commitment and increase the number of qualified professionals in the nursing field.
  1. National Student Nurses' Association Foundation Scholarship

    • The Foundation of the National Student Nurses' Association funds scholarship programs for undergraduate nursing students. Scholarships range from $1,000 to $2,500, and awards are granted to students who demonstrate academic achievement, financial need and involvement in student nursing organizations and community health activities. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a state-approved baccalaureate nursing program. Membership in the NSNA is encouraged but not required.
