The Hispanic Women in Leadership scholarship gives Hispanic female students the resources needed to attend a four-year college or university in Texas. The organization was chartered in June 1988 after a group of Hispanic women in Houston created the first Hispanic Women's Leadership Event. To apply for this scholarship, students will need high school transcripts, letters of recommendation and a GPA of at least 3.0.

The MillerCoors Texas scholarship is available to incoming or current full-time Hispanic undergraduate students attending a college in Dallas, Houston or El Paso. To apply for this scholarship, students must be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. Applicants must have a 3.0 or higher GPA. Students must be enrolled full time and maintain a 3.0 GPA to continue receiving the scholarship throughout their four-year education program. Letters of recommendation also are required.

The Hope Scholarship is administered by the Adelante Fund. It is available to incoming or current undergraduate Hispanic students attending an accredited college in San Antonio. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must have a 2.5 or higher GPA. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to community service. Scholarship recipients are allowed to pursue a degree in any field of study offered by a college or university in San Antonio.
