Adirondack Leadership Expedition is designed as a wilderness-based camp for troubled teens ages 13 to 17. The camp aims to remove busy city life distractions and replace it with a forested, mountainous terrain. Individualized programs are created with parents to determine the length of stay and counseling treatments. This is a year-round camp, with children staying for an average of 45 days. This program is particularly made for students who show defiance and self-destructive behaviors. With master's- and doctorate-level counselors and the ability to design a specific behavior program, students receive the best assistance in changing their lives.
