With four summer courses available for children to enroll in, the Military Adventure Camp in Millersburg, Kentucky, has been training children and new cadets for more than 100 years and counting. Because of the intensity of the training offered at the Military Adventure Camp, only willing students are able to attend; this means that delinquents or students being enrolled by their parents would not be good choices for this program.
The camp has courses related to martial arts training; teamwork and accountability training; and basic leadership training as well as team-building cadet-leader courses. Students will find that they are able to be themselves when working with others to complete a similar cause.
