How to Make My Own Bubble Answer Document

A bubble answer sheet is an answer sheet that accompanies a multiple-choice test. Each question on the test corresponds to a section on the answer sheet with bubbles -- or small circles -- with the answer choice letters located inside the bubbles. Students darken the bubble that corresponds with the answer that they choose. You can create a master bubble answer sheet by using a copy of the same sheet you distribute to students and darkening the correct bubbles for each answer.

Instructions

    • 1

Place a clean sheet of 8.5-by-11-inch computer paper on your workspace so that it is oriented vertically.

    • 2

Write "1" to represent question No. 1 with a pen. After "1," draw four small circles that are large enough to write capital letters inside. Each circle will represent "A," "B," "C" or "D." Write these letters in the circles. Repeat this process until you have written all of the question numbers, drawn all the circles for the corresponding questions and written the corresponding letters inside all of the circles.

    • 3

Darken the correct bubble for each answer with a pencil. This is your master list.
