There are two classes at Woodrow Wilson in Fishersville, Virginia that serve as introductory level CNA classes. Located in Richmond, this program is offered both to Richmond Public School students and adults enrolled through adult education. With classes taught by a licensed RN, the program prepares students for passing the CNA certification test and for practical patient care. As an added bonus, passing the CNA certification exam counts as high school credit for those interested in pursuing both goals simultaneously.

Held at the American Red Cross in Richmond, this class exceeds national and state guidelines by offering a 150-hour program that gives students real experience with nurses aide practices. Taught by experienced Red Cross instructors, the class also teaches students life and career skills. This is a six-week program and is offered on a rolling basis.
