Each student at the Aster Technology Institute begins with anatomy, physiology and medical terminology classes. Their program is 12 weeks, including a four-week externship. Like all the other programs, it goes over the basics of blood work and sample preparation. The externship places you in a working environment to hone the skills you have learned over the program. You will complete the hands-on experience needed so you can go out and find a job as soon as your externship is finished.
