Phlebotomy Schools in Modesto

Phlebotomists work with blood and veins, drawing blood samples from patients using a variety of intrusive procedures. To become a phlebotomist, individuals must attend a college or vocational school that provides phlebotomy training through classroom instruction and clinical laboratory training at a medical facility. After completion of the program, students will be ready to apply for certification as a phlebotomy technician. The State of California requires that all phlebotomists receive certification; for individuals looking to pursue training in the Modesto area, there are several options.
