Located 20 miles northwest of Savannah, Georgia, Rincon is a historic city established in 1927. Today, it is home to more than 7,000 residents.     • Savannah Tech offers more than 50 certificate, diploma and associate degree programs. The school's programs are split into five academic divisions: business and technology, economic development, general studies, health sciences and industrial and public service.     • Located in Vidalia with additional campuses in Swainsboro and Glennville, Southeastern Technical College is located about 30 miles from Rincon. The college opened in 1990 and the Vidalia campus was created in 1998. The college offers more than 50 programs in business technologies, health sciences, industrial technologies, human services and adult education. The school also offers noncredit courses designed to provide continuing education and economic development support to the community. In addition to traditional classes, the school hosts training sessions and seminars.

    Altamaha Technical College

    • Located 70 miles south of Rincon in Jesup, Georgia, Altamaha Technical College was founded in 1989. In addition to the school's main campus, it operates additional campuses in Baxley, Kingsland, Brunswick and Hazlehurst. Altamaha Tech offers an associate degrees in applied science, accounting, business administration, computer support, computer networking, criminal justice, drafting, early childhood education, marketing and technical studies. Additionally, the college offers more than a dozen diplomas and more than two dozen certificate programs.
