Georgia Perimeter College is a two-year college in the Atlanta area, and the third largest institution of the University System of Georgia. Students who attend Georgia Perimeter enter the college under one of two focus areas: transfer or career programs. In the transfer program, students complete their core coursework and transfer their credits to one of 20 available four-year colleges and universities in the state. There are some programs offered at Georgia Perimeter, such as Health Sciences, that have to be completed at a four-year school. Georgia Perimeter has several Atlanta-area campus locations for potential students to choose from, but every campus does not support all of the academic programs.
