LPNs living in Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky can take advantage of the University of Rio Grande's online LPN to RN Advanced Placement Track program. This online program allows students to complete lectures and virtual laboratory assignments online. Clinical experiences, however, must be completed at brick and mortar facilities within a 60-mile radius of the university's campus. The college will work with students to arrange clinical rotations that are conveniently located for the students.
