    Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine (ATOM)

    • ATOM is located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and is a nationally recognized non-profit educational corporation. The program is designed to prepare students for a career in traditional Chinese medicine, and upon graduation students can also obtain the national certification examinations in acupuncture and herbs, required by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. In addition, ATOM's Master's level program is designed towards a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences to bridge the gap between western practices and oriental medicine. The standard degree term is three years, where students automatically enter the Master's level if grades are sufficient.
