• Bastyr University, located in Kenmore, Washington, offers degrees in naturopathic medicine, acupuncture and oriental medicine, nutrition, health psychology, herbal sciences, exercise science and wellness and midwifery. The school also has an organic medicinal herb garden that contains more than 350 medicinal and culinary herbs and crops.

Boucher Institute

• The Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, based in New Westminster, British Columbia, is Western Canada's only accredited naturopathic medical school. It offers a four-year track of courses in biomedical sciences, professional development, naturopathic therapeutic modalities, clinical science and clinical practice and integration.

National College of Natural Medicine

• The National College of Natural Medicine, NCNM, is located in Portland, Oregon. NCNM is home to the School of Naturopathic Medicine and the School of Classical Chinese Medicine. It also offers a preceptor program, which enables students to observed licensed naturopathic, allopathic, chiropractic and osteopathic physicians in their practices.

Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine

• The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, based in Toronto, Ontario, offers a four-year professional program and graduate programs in naturopathic medicine. By their fourth year in the program, students work with patients to help them create individualized plans using such naturopathic methods as hydrotherapy and herbal remedies.

Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences

• The Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, SCNM, is located in Tempe, Arizona. It offers a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) Degree Program as well as non-degree courses. SCNM works with the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture to provide students the opportunity to simultaneously earn a master's degree in acupuncture or Oriental medicine.

University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine

• The University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine in Connecticut offers only a four-year Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine program. Only full-time students are admitted into the program. Years one and two of the program are focused on medical sciences, and the curriculum is focused on clinical practice in the third and fourth years.
