At Indiana State University, you can complete the LPN/LVN-BS track. Once you complete the baccalaureate degree, you become eligible to take the RN licensure exam in your state.
You can attend the program part-time, full-time, or through the distance-learning program. If you choose the latter, you can complete the clinical part of the program in your area.

There are two academic programs, the LVN-to-BSN and LVN-to-RN, available for LVNs who want to become RNs. In the latter program, you will receive a certificate after you complete the non-degree-seeking program.
In both programs, you'll have to take Theories and Concepts in Professional Nursing. However, Azusa Pacific University does waive a first-year course if you currently hold an LVN license.
Typically, the college needs to accept a minimum of six nursing students into each program before it can begin.
The average time frame to complete the LVN-to-BSN degree is two years.
