Canisius College

• Canisius Jesuit College provides leadership programs that prepare students for leadership roles in their life and career paths. The school allows students to receive and conduct leadership training and facilitate team building exercises through the Canisius LEAD team. Members of the LEAD team also create, conduct, and evaluate leadership workshops for other students. Every year, the Campus Programming and Leadership Development group provides a leadership lecture and workshop series for student leaders. Canisius also offers a Leadership in Film program and a leadership retreat.

Leadership Development Institute

• The Leadership Development Institute (LDI) at Eckerd College has offered college-level leadership programs since 1980. LDI is a network associate of the North Carolina Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina. LDI offers leadership programs in finance, executive coaching, conflict coaching and conflict dynamics among others. The institute has served a long list of elite participants including representatives of the Pentagon, AT&T, Mercedes-Benz, IBM, Proctor and Gamble, the Department of Defense and many more. LDI's four-day leadership development program takes place multiple times per year at a cost of $6,900. Inquire online, by phone, or by mail for further information.

Hanover College

• Hanover College offers a comprehensive leadership development program series to undergraduate students. The program begins with the Emerging Leaders program for first-year students at Hanover. Participants study and work with various aspects of leadership development. The program culminates with participants taking part in creating and completing a service project. Hanover's Year 2 Pursue program assists sophomore students to learn and apply leadership skills toward navigating their second year of school and making solid degree choices. Hanover offers juniors and seniors the Real Life 101 program to develop leadership skills that will be needed upon graduation and entry into the job market.
