Brown Mackie College is a two-year school with campus locations in Louisville, Hopkinsville and Fort Mitchell. The school has 20 campuses in 13 states. Brown Mackie College has a different structure than other schools, as students take one class per month and then move on to other subjects in following months. Daymar College campuses are almost all over the state of Kentucky. The school has 10 campus locations in the state, and students can earn two-year degrees and certificates of completion in 35 study areas. Just a few of the major areas of study at Daymar College are accounting, business administration, criminal justice and graphic design. Daymar College originally began as a business college when it first opened in 1963, but the school became accredited and began offering associate degrees in 1973.

Ashland Community and Technical College (ACTC) awards two-year degrees and certificates of completion in 26 areas of study. Students can major in subjects like Automotive Technology, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy Technology and Pre-Engineering. ACTC has three campus locations in Kentucky---Ashland, Summit and East Park. In addition to academics, ACTC provides students with 15 clubs and organizations, including a chess club, a drama club, Phi Theta Kappa and the Student Government Association (SGA).
