Both an associate in applied science degree and advanced certificate program in diagnostic medical sonography (DMS) are offered at Delta College. The degree program includes general education and prerequisite coursework in anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, physics, communication and behavioral science. Both programs include didactic instruction and practical application of sonographic procedures for the abdomen, vascular systems, small parts and female reproductive system.
