Libraries and Colleges in Port St. Lucie, Florida

Port St. Lucie is the home to beaches, palm trees and a number of parks. It offers golfers many courses as well as the PGA Museum and PGA Learning Center. Aside from these features, there are also several colleges and libraries in the city.
  1. Keiser University

    • Keiser University's Port St. Lucie campus is located on U.S. 1 and offers courses in career focused fields like business, criminal justice, computer graphics and design and nursing. There is also a library on campus that has Internet-enabled computer workstations.

    Indian River State College

    • Located on Northwest California Boulevard, the Indian River State College campus offers both bachelor and an associate in arts degrees as well as technical certificates. The school offers bachelor programs in nursing, health care management, teacher education and public safety administration. If you receive an associates degree from the school, it is guaranteed to transfer to a public university in Florida. The college also features a six-hole golf course lab for use in teaching golf and landscape operations.

    Port St. Lucie Library

    • Tthe Port St. Lucie Library is located on S.W. Prima Vista Boulevard. Hours are Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m, as of 2011. It is closed Saturday through Tuesday and Thursday. It has an online catalog as well as a number of events and programs.

    St. Lucie West Library

    • The St. Lucie West Library offers services, electronic access and research materials from Indian River State College, the St. Lucie County Public Library, and Florida Atlantic University. It is located between the Indian River State College and Florida Atlantic University campuses in the J building on Northwest California Boulevard.
