The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey's School of Nursing sponsors two scholarship programs for its undergraduate and graduate students. To be eligible for the $10,000 Robert Wood Johnson Foundation scholarship, you must be enrolled in the accelerated bachelor's degree program and preference is given to students of Hispanic or African-American backgrounds. The AfterCollege/AACN Scholarship is a $2,500 award that is open to nursing students at all levels who have a GPA of 3.25 or higher.

The Ann May Center for Nursing's scholarship program is open to all student employees of Meridian Health and its member organizations. There are more than 30 scholarships available in varying amounts and you must meet individual eligibility criteria for each award. Bard Foundation Nursing Scholarship is a $2,500 award available to second-semester sophomores who plan to pursue a career in the health industry.
