The Foundation of the National Student Nurses' Association awards annual scholarships to undergraduate nursing students. To be eligible, you must be a United States citizen who is currently enrolled in an undergraduate nursing program. Scholarship are from $1,000 to $2,500. The association bases its decisions on the applicant's academic record, financial need and involvement in student nursing associations. The application deadline is in December. Children's Healthcare of Atlanta awards scholarships to first-year nursing students through its Commitment to Employment and Study program. Successful applicants receive $5,000 a semester for up to two years. In exchange, they must work as a nurse at Children's Healthcare for one year after graduation. To apply, you must be a U.
