This scholarship program is for students who want to pursue careers in global health. Recipients must demonstrate academic excellence. Each year, eight or nine students who attend the Bloomberg School of Public Health receive an award, according to the Johns Hopkins Center for Global Health website. Those interested should express their desire for earning the scholarship in their admissions essay. The scholarship will help cover the costs of tuition for an 11-month program or a two-year program.

The University of Copenhagen provides this scholarship to students who are pursuing their degrees in international health. It only offers scholarships to students who are citizens of Danish International Development Assistance partner countries, including Bangladesh, Bhutan, Bolivia, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Mali, Mozambique, Nepal, Tanzania, Vietnam and Zambia.
