Scholarships for Being Catholic

A number of Catholic organizations award scholarships each year to Catholic high school and college students to help defray the cost of their education. For most of these scholarships, the only requirement is that the students be Catholic. Some organizations, however, require applicants to demonstrate their involvement in their Catholic faith by submitting letters of recommendation from a parish priest or teacher, or writing a religious-themed essay.
