      Visit the Seminole State College of Florida's ABE/GED Information Request website by clicking on the link provided in the "Resources" section of this article below. You will be asked for your contact information, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address. Complete form and click "Submit."

      Fill out the Seminole State adult education application and return it to the administrative offices by taking it to them in person. A driver's license, Social Security card and the $70 fee will be have to be brought with you to complete the application process. They will notify you of when and where to take the necessary placement testing for preparing for the exam, as well as orientation information.

      Schedule time to take suggested preparatory courses to get ready for taking the actual GED exam. The suggested courses are based off your scores on the placement exams. Preparatory courses are required for a full term for those under the age of eighteen. You are required to pass a practice GED exam before you take the real one.

      Schedule an appointment to take the GED exam. If you fail a portion of the exam, you can pay $14 to retake that part alone. You will receive the test results in the mail in six weeks.
