How to Get Your GED Online Today

According to the American Council on Education, you can take the GED Test almost anywhere in the United States and Canada, but it is not possible, as of 2010, to obtain a GED online, and that the tests must be scheduled in advance. A GED, or General Educational Diploma, is awarded to individuals who do not complete high school but pass a standardized test. The test covers five general topic areas: mathematics, language arts, science, social studies and essay-writing. Many jobs require applicants to at least have a GED. It is also a necessary minimum requirement for college acceptance.
