How to Sign Up for GRE Testing

The Graduate Record Exam (GRE) is required by many colleges and universities for acceptance into a Master's or PhD. program. The test consists of a math section, a verbal reasoning section, and an analytical writing section. You can choose to take either the paper-based -- or the computer-based version of the test -- but you have to find a test center close to you. Also, the GRE is only given on specific dates, so be aware that you may not be able to take it right away.
