The Alberta School of Business Part-Time MBA Program can be completed in four years (57 credits). The MBA part-time program consists of core courses and advanced course electives. Core MBA courses include: accounting, marketing, business strategy, finance, organizational behavior, and management science. Students can choose electives based on their area of interest, or specialize in a program area.
Classes are offered during the evening; students can enroll in two or more courses each semester and have the option to enroll in accelerated week-long intensive courses or switch to the full-time program to accelerate the completion of their MBA degree.
Applicants to the part-time MBA program must have a recognized undergraduate degree; a minimum 3.0 Grade Point Average (GPA); a minimum Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) score of 550; and at least two years of work experience. Applicants who do not have English has their first language must submit a English Language Proficiency Test score from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
Students have the option to tailor their course selection to pursue a professional designation as: Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified General Accountant (CGA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

Saint Mary's University in Halifax offers a part-time MBA program through the Sobey School of Business. The 10 credit program can be completed in 40 months. The part-time MBA program consists of core courses and advanced course electives. Core MBA courses include: accounting, statistics, information technology, business economics, leadership, marketing, operations, organizational behavior and business finance. The remaining electives provide the opportunity to specialize in a program area of interest.
Applicants to the part-time MBA program must have a four year undergraduate degree; a minimum 3.0 GPA; a minimum GMAT score of 550; and a resume demonstrating four years of relevant full-time work experience. Applicants who do not have English has their native language must submit a English Language Proficiency Test score from: TOEFL, CanTest or IELTS. Applicants should also demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of their field, and leadership skills, through a combination of their academic record and work experience.

The Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, offers a three year evening or morning part-time MBA program which allows students to pursue graduate studies before (7:00 to 8:59 a.m.) or after work (6:30 to 8:30 p.m.).
The first two years of the part-time MBA program consist of core courses while course electives are offered during the third year. During the third year, students can choose a major area of focus based on the course electives offered and their area of interest. Students also have the opportunity to participate in the Rotman International MBA Exchange Program.
Applicants to the part-time MBA program must have a four year undergraduate degree; a minimum 3.0 GPA; submit GMAT results; two professional letters of reference; and a resume with preferably four years of relevant full-time work experience. The University of British Columbia's (UBC) part-time MBA program takes 28 months (52.5 credits) to complete and is offered through the Sauder School of Business. The MBA part-time program consists of five main sections: an Integrated Core, Module Studies, Career Development Program, Industry Project, and Capstone Course. Classes are offered every third weekend on Friday evening, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Students who live in Kelowna, British Columbia have the option to complete the majority of program modules through video-conferencing at UBC Okanagan and enroll in select modules offered at UBC Robson Square, in addition to attending classes every third weekend at UBC Vancouver.
Students also have the option of enrolling in the pre-core program, designed to prepare students for the rigorous demands of the part-time MBA program. The pre-core curriculum consists of: quantitative methods, financial accounting and economics courses. Courses are offered Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday during the Spring, Fall and Winter semesters.

Students can choose to specialize in one of three streams: General Management, Innovation and Technology Management, or International Business.
