Anyone who wishes to practice the sale of real estate in Hollywood, Florida, must first receive the proper training and licensing. Real estate education is an ongoing process; agents are required to complete regular training to keep abreast of current laws and practices.
  1. Pre-Licensing

    • Real estate applicants are required to complete 63 hours of training before taking the Florida real estate licensing exam. The training can be done at schools in Hollywood or through distance-learning classes online.
