Real Estate Schools in Kentucky

If you are interested in a career as a real estate agent, you'll need to obtain the proper certification, education, and training. Real estate courses are conducted by associations, private institutions and real estate agents. In Kentucky, you can find a variety of courses, including online learning opportunities. For the state of Kentucky, to obtain your license, you will also need to take the Kentucky Core Course, so make sure any school you choose offers this class as well.

    • Located in Lexington, the Kentucky Association of Realtors, through the National Association of Realtors, offers online real estate courses featuring the training and education you need for continuing education as a real estate agent in the state of Kentucky. The association features such learning opportunities as 60-minute webinars ( most are free or are offered at a small cost) and "E-Learning" videos, which help you with real estate management, investing and the business of real estate. While the association does not offer certification courses, you can obtain such education through the National Association of Realtors.
