Real Estate Learning Center

• The Real Estate Learning Center has a 90-hour real estate licensing program that can be completed in 18 sessions. Students can complete the sessions in any order, and may also select among three program tracks. The steady track can be completed in 4 1/2 weeks by meeting for just over four hours a day Monday through Thursday. Students who elect to take the fast track can attend classes for eight hours a day Monday through Thursday and finish the program in just over two weeks. Alternatively, students can take the classes at any time that is most convenient for them, provided they complete all required 18 sessions and finish the entire program within 6 months.

Arizona School of Real Estate and Business

• The Arizona School of Real Estate and Business offers six different schedules to complete the 90-hour real estate licensing program. The schedules vary in style and duration: two classes per day for three weeks, one class per day for six weeks, eight hours per day for nine days, weekends only for 4 weeks, weekends and evenings for 12 days, and a custom schedule of the student's own design. The custom schedule entails completing all required 18 classes at any time, but the student must complete the program in not more than six months from the time of registration or they must apply for an extension.

Tucson School of Real Estate

• The Tucson School of Real Estate uses two textbooks to guide students through the 90-hour licensing program, and the classes are designed in such a way that students can begin with any class. The school offers three schedule types: day, evening and weekend. The day schedule classes meet for seven hours on Monday and Friday, and three hours on Wednesday. The evening schedule classes meet for three hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The weekend schedule entails attending on both Saturday and Sunday for seven hours each day. Broker placement is available for all students.
