Bud Crawley Real Estate School offers pre-license courses as well as license renewal courses. The pre-license program is composed of 18 sections. The topics covered in the curriculum include real estate vocabulary, finance in real estate, real estate math, Arizona specific law, legal descriptions, and evaluation and appraising. Upon completion of the pre-licensing program, students will receive a pre-licensure certificate that will allow them to take the state exam. The school's license renewal program is made up of six courses: agency law; contract law; disclosure law; commissioner's rules and Arizona real estate laws; fair housing; and short sale and foreclosures. Day and evening classes are available to cater to all students’ schedules. Students also have the opportunity to take classes online.

The Commercial Real Estate Institute offers classes for intermediate and advanced real estate professionals who are interested in continuing their education. The certificate programs available through the Commercial Real Estate Institute include certified commercial sales specialist, certified commercial leasing specialist, certified land sales specialist, and certified residential investor representative. Students can take courses at the school’s Phoenix facility. Some of the programs can also be taken by video, audio or correspondence. Throughout the year, the Commercial Real Estate Institute also features seminars.
